Rental Qualifications
Income Requirements
Your income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent (after taxes) with 6 months of consistent income.
Job Types We Accept
Child Support/SSI
Provide court-ordered documentation proving receipt.
Bank Statements
You’ll need to show bank statements with deposit history.
Rental History
Deposit requirements are informed by your previous rental history, minimum requirement is equal to one month's rent.
Credit & Court Records
Any landlord filings, judgments, or bankruptcies in the past 2 years may result in denial.

- Temporary Employment: Not accepted until you are hired full time and have been with the company for at least 6 months.
